Research shows that older people fear losing independence most. We also know that daily lifestyle choices determine 75% of how people age. By making healthy choices daily, we're helping older people live well and remain independent.

Independent Living Assessment (iLA)
iLA helps people make informed choices about their ageing journey by providing information, resources, and assessments people need to age well. Their healthy ageing initiatives include LiveUp, KeepAble, and Assessment Services.
iLA also provides evidence-based resources and professional development opportunities for the aged care sector.
