So nice to visit your stall at the Elmore Field Day to learn more about the way LiveUp is providing information to help older people find ways to stay active, independent, engaged, and healthy in their own communities. 
 
It was great to see the impact that LiveUp is achieving through creative outreach in locations, including the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia’s National Rally at Mt Gambier, where older people are receptive to the health messages and resources LiveUp have on offer.

Thanks for the gem of an article on chair yoga. Now I can move around a bit while I watch TV. I came across this helpful article when my neighbour showed me the wonderful LiveUp exercise sheets. She also found free Friday morning chair yoga classes at the Mandurah Seniors Centre, and I look forward to doing that.
