Blue River Mackay Lions Club raises funds that go directly to assist a variety of projects within the local community. The club helps locally with projects for the homeless and local health needs amongst other things. Volunteering at Lions makes a real difference in your local community and you can help to change people’s lives. It’s a great way to meet people, make new friends, and get involved. You can also enjoy getting together for sausage sizzles, family days, and celebrating days like Anzac Day with morning tea. The club welcomes new members so if you have some spare time, consider joining Lions and helping out.
