Grey Sneakers Fitness
Try this over 50s exercise class to help you to keep healthy and strong.
You’ll do light, weight bearing exercise to increase bone density and strengthen your muscles. You’ll increase your co-ordination and improve balance and flexibility.
You don’t need a mat as no floor exercises are used in this class but bring along a water bottle.
Join these weekly fitness classes on Fridays from 9am to 10am.
