Kyogle Community Gym offers a safe workout space for anyone ranging from 14 through to 90 years of age. You can enjoy two classes that are ideal for older people. Join Sandy’s Strength and Stretch on Saturday mornings. It's a one hour strengthening and stretch class using light weights and bodyweight. Or try Mat Pilates on Mondays for a gentle toning workout. You can enjoy free membership by volunteering at the gym for just one two-hour shift per week.
