The Multicultural Seniors Association helps older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. They encourage older people to come out of social isolation to lead a healthy, independent, and happy lifestyle. You can join the association to take part in a wide range of interesting activities. Join the group on Mondays from 10.30am to 12.30pm for some ballroom dancing for older people. It’s a great way to stay active and fit and you’ll meet people of all nationalities to socialise with. Everyone is welcome and you don’t have to have experience to join in the fun.
