National Centre Indigenous Excellence
The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence Fitness Centre has state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. There are expert personal trainers, a cafe, and a relaxed community atmosphere. You can use the indoor/outdoor training areas, group fitness facilities, and undercover heated pool to keep fit. Join classes such as yoga and pilates to improve your strength and balance. Or you can join the aqua fitness classes in the pool for a low-impact work out that’s a lot of fun. There are Young at Heart classes for people over 50 to stay active. Specific rates apply for membership for First Nations Peoples.
