Over 60s Strength and Balance Class
Join these strength and balance exercise classes for people over 60. They will help you to stay active and mobile. The classes are fun, but challenging, and are suitable for all levels of physical fitness. The exercise programs are designed by a physiotherapist to make sure they are safe and effective for everyone. Join the class Monday to Friday at 9am, but make sure you book in advance.
