At Peninsula Leisure Centre you can keep active and fit with their land and aquatic fitness classes. Aquatic classes are a great way to improve your fitness. They're fun and easy on joints and injuries. Classes include Lite 'n' Easy. It's a low intensity class suitable for everyone, including those with injury or illness. This class uses various equipment for a gentle workout. Or you can try Active over 50's. This is a low-impact, low intensity class that's ideal if you are exercising for the first time or haven't exercised in a long time. There's also a Senior Strength training program designed to improve your strength and mobility. You can enjoy working out with like-minded people and have a cuppa afterwards.
