Get fit and healthy and enjoy walking with other locals every Thursday morning at 8.50am near the Queen Elizabeth II Park barbeques. Walking in a group has a range of health and wellbeing benefits and it's a great activity for older people. You can walk at your own pace, have a chat as you walk, and make new friends.
