Classes to keep fit include various strength and stretch based classes, Zumba dance classes, tai chi, yoga for flexibility, or aqua classes in the pool. To learn something new or get creative, there are art, cooking, and computer classes. For some social fun, you can try line dancing or just enjoy Tea and Talk. All classes are only around a one-hour duration and there are so many affordable classes to choose from. You can start your exercise with a free trial class.
