The Matrix Guild is an organisation and voice for lesbians over 40 in Victoria. Ageing can bring feelings of loneliness and isolation. At the Matrix Guild, you can access a free visiting service where lesbian volunteers meet with isolated older lesbians in their homes for a minimum of two hours per month. Visits might also include outings to cafes, shops, and other social activities. Or if you have some extra time, you could volunteer to be a visitor for the scheme. It’s a great way to stay active, help people, and socialise.
