Join the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence fitness centre to access the pool and over 50 group fitness classes per week. There’s yoga and pilates, the fun and energy of Box Fit or Strength classes. There’s a class to suit everyone and they’re a great way to get fit in a group of like-minded people. You can use the undercover heated pool to swim laps, lane walk, join aqua fitness classes, or you can learn to swim. There are Young at Heart low-impact aqua fitness classes specially designed for people over 50.
