Bed raisers/wheels

What are bed raisers or wheels?

Bed raisers or wheels can be attached to the legs of your bed (and other furniture) to increase the height of the bed for ease of getting in and out, as well as making it easier to move the bed for changing the sheets.

Your mattress height should ideally be just below your knees. You should be able to put your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent at 90 degrees to easily get in and out of bed.

Bed raisers or wheels are useful if you have lower limb weakness, difficulty balancing, pain, or fatigue.
